Players' Club Loyalty Program


The Players’ Club Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is a loyalty program offered at the sole discretion of Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc. d/b/a PGA TOUR Superstore (“PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE” or “our,” “we” or “us”). There is no purchase, payment, or credit card required to sign up for, join, and/or participate in the Program. In its sole and absolute discretion, PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE may change, modify, or terminate any and all aspects of the Program including, without limitation, its rules, terms, conditions, or rewards, with or without notice. Such changes may or may not affect previously earned Rewards.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND OTHER CLAUSES, WHICH GOVERN THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES BETWEEN US AND YOU AND LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SEE SECTION 10 FOR MORE INFORMATION

Terms specific to the Players’ Club PLUS Golf & Tennis program and the Players’ Club PLUS Tennis program are provided in Section 9 of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you cannot participate in the Program. If you participate in the Program while accessing or otherwise using our website, www.pgatoursuperstore.com, (the “Website”), then the Website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to your Program participation.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Program is open only to those legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation. Some rewards may be subject to additional eligibility requirements and other restrictions. Where Program elements are prohibited, they are void and unavailable. The Program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.

Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program by visiting this page on our Website, checking the option box to participate in the Program and creating an online account (“Account”) or by completing the application process at any participating PGA TOUR Superstore location. To earn Program points while shopping online, purchases must be made while signed into your Account. For purchases at a participating retail location, provide your phone number to the associate at checkout. Only one person may be enrolled per Program membership and a Program membership may not be sold, transferred, or assigned.

In the event of a dispute over the ownership of a Program membership, the Program member is determined by the authorized holder of the email address submitted at the time of Program enrollment, where the authorized holder is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

3. QUALIFYING PURCHASES: Qualifying purchases include any purchase made on the Website or at a participating PGA TOUR Superstore location except for the excluded categories identified below (“Qualifying Purchase(s)”). Qualifying Purchases are calculated after all discounts are applied, including Reward redemptions, and before fees or taxes are imposed. For clarity, points are not earned on fees and taxes. Paid Shipping is a Qualifying Purchase. If merchandise from a Qualifying Purchase is subsequently returned or price adjusted, the balance of the Qualifying Purchase previously earned will be reduced to reflect any unearned value.

Excluded Categories:
  • Gift cards;
  • Tournament cards;
  • Purchases of PING products, and
  • Purchases of items on a liquidation sale.

  • PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE reserves the right to determine the amount of Qualifying Purchases credited to any Program membership based on our internal records related to the Program membership. PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE reserves the right to invalidate qualifying purchases from a Program membership if it determines that such purchases were improperly credited to such Program membership, obtained fraudulently or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

    4. REWARDS: For every $300 that a Program member spends on Qualifying Purchases online or at a participating retail location, that Program member will receive a $10 reward card that can be redeemed either online or at participating retail locations. Reward cards are printed on receipt at time of transaction and also delivered via email if your email address is on file.

    Reward cards will expire six months after they are issued by PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE. Reward cards are non-transferrable and not for resale. Reward cards are valid for one time use only, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers/discounts. Up to seven (7) reward cards may be used per transaction. The amount of discount to the purchase price resulting from the application of the reward card will be allocated equally across all items purchased in the transaction. Reward cards are available after a Program member spends $300 but are not available until the next transaction after the $300 threshold is reached.

    Reward cards may not be redeemed on the following purchases: PING products, international orders, backordered products, previous purchase, exchanges, or gift cards. Reward cards cannot be applied to shipping fees. Additional exclusions may apply.

    5. PROGRAM MODIFICATION/TERMINATION: The Program, including Qualifying Purchases and corresponding reward card values or any other aspect of the Program, may change or terminate at any time without prior notice in PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE’s sole and absolute discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be reflected in these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to the Program. Your continued participation in the Program after the posting of any revisions to these Terms and Conditions and/or related materials shall confirm your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions and/or related materials; therefore, you should periodically review them to be aware of any changes.

    6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all terms applicable to your participation in the Program while accessing or otherwise using of our Website, including but not limited to provisions in the Website Terms of Use related to limitations of liability.

    If, for any reason, the Program is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Program is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Program and/or proceed with the Program.

    Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Program, including the Rewards, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 7. PRIVACY: By participating in the Program you acknowledge your consent to the use of your personal information as explained in the Player’s Club Financial Incentive Notice, Privacy Policy, and California Privacy Notice. Note that PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE may send marketing materials to Program members that are also provided to anyone on PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE’s marketing distribution lists.

    8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION: Program members may withdraw from the Program at any time by calling us at (888) 200-7428 or emailing us at customerservice@pgatss.com. We may request confirmation, such as through email, for the withdrawal from the Program. PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE reserves the right to terminate the Program membership of any member found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Program; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Program. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party, or like methods to participate in the Program will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the result in the individual utilizing the same to be ineligible to participate in the Program.

    9. PLAYERS CLUB PLUS: We also offer the Players’ Club PLUS Golf & Tennis program and the Players’ Club PLUS Tennis program (together, the “PLUS Programs”) which are paid, non-recurring memberships that provide the additional benefits described below. The PLUS Programs are subject to these Players’ Club Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions as well as the Website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event that any of these terms conflict with this Section, this Section shall control. The PLUS Programs may be purchased at a participating PGA TOUR Superstore location or a gift card for a respective program, which must be redeemed in-store, may be purchased on the Website.

    Customers who purchase a PLUS Program service are automatically enrolled into the Players’ Club Loyalty Program, however, Loyalty Program benefits and rights are not affected. Benefits provided by each PLUS Program are supplemental to those in the Players’ Club Loyalty Program and include the below. These benefits are only available to the customer who purchased the membership, they may not utilize these benefits for or on the behalf of any other individual.

    a. Players’ Club PLUS Tennis. Eligible participants may purchase a one-year membership to this service for $39.00. Members receive the following benefits:
    i. Standard ground shipping on all online orders from the Website is $0.00.
    ii. The labor fee for restringing of tennis rackets performed at a participating PGA TOUR Superstore location are 50% off, excluding tax and any other applicable fees. Only valid with the purchase of grips, strings, over wraps, grommets, or dampeners.
    iii. The rental for a tennis court or hitting lane is 50% off, excluding tax and any other applicable fees. Only available at participating PGA TOUR Superstore locations and by appointment only.

    b. Players’ Club PLUS Golf & Tennis. Eligible participants may purchase a one-year membership to this service. The price varies by store location $99.00 to $199.00. Members receive the following benefits:
    i. Standard ground shipping on all online orders from the Website is $0.00.
    ii. The labor fee for restringing of tennis rackets performed at a participating PGA TOUR Superstore location is 50% off, excluding tax and any other applicable fees. Only valid with the purchase of grips, shafts, strings, or other tennis racket materials.
    iii. The rental for a tennis court or hitting lane is 50% off, excluding tax and any other applicable fees. Only available at participating PGA TOUR Superstore locations and by appointment only.
    iv. 30-minute appointments in the Practice Center are at no cost. Only available at participating PGA TOUR Superstore locations and by appointment only. Superstore locations, according to the discretion of each store, may permit only one appointment per member per day.
    v. The labor fee for golf club repair services performed at a participating PGA TOUR Superstore location is 50% off, excluding tax and any other applicable fees. Only valid with the purchase of grips or golf shafts.
    vi. The labor fee for up to 30 club re-gripping service requests is at no cost. Only valid with the purchase of grips. Only available at participating PGA TOUR Superstore locations.

    10. DISPUTES: Certain portions of this Section are deemed to be a “written agreement to arbitrate” pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. You and PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE agree that we intend that this Section satisfies the “writing” requirement of the Federal Arbitration Act. This Section can only be amended by mutual agreement.

    If a dispute arises between you and PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE, you and PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE agree, as permitted by applicable law, to resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with the Program and PLUS Programs through binding arbitration or as we and you otherwise agree in writing. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly at customerservice@pgatss.com to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

    If we cannot resolve a dispute within sixty (60) days of receipt of the notice then, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration in accordance with the then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), in Georgia conducted before a single arbitrator pursuant to its rules (including, but not limited to the AAA’s Consumer-Arbitration Rules, available at the ADR Consumer site), except that we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court. You can also obtain AAA procedures, rules, and fee information by calling 800.778.7879.

    To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must submit the dispute by utilizing the forms available at ADR Consumer site, and simultaneously sending a copy of the completed form to the following address:

    WITH ARBITRATION (A) THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY, (B) THE ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS AND ARBITRATION OUTCOME ARE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY RULES, AND (C) JUDICIAL REVIEW OF THE ARBITRATION OUTCOME IS LIMITED. You hereby consent to, and waive, all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of in Georgia. Any dispute shall otherwise be governed by the internal laws of in Georgia without regard to Georgia choice of law principles, except that the provisions of this agreement concerning arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrability of disputes shall be determined by the arbitrator. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

    You and PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE also agree that disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be joined or consolidated with any other arbitrations or other proceedings that involve any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitrator may award relief (including injunctive relief) only on an individual basis.

    In the event the AAA is unavailable or unwilling to hear the dispute, you and PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE shall agree to, or a court shall select, another arbitration provider.

    But if, for any reason, any court with competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator holds that this Section is unconscionable or unenforceable, then our agreement to arbitrate will not apply and the dispute must be brought exclusively in court as follows.

    YOU AND PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND PGA TOUR SUPERSTORE AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IF YOU OR WE WANT TO ASSERT A DISPUTE AGAINST THE OTHER, THEN YOU OR WE MUST COMMENCE IT BY DELIVERY OF WRITTEN NOTICE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE DISPUTE ARISES – OR IT WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
